A "system error" caused a small shipment of Xbox One consoles to a few lucky gamers. One of these lucky gamers goes by the name of Andre Weingarten. On his YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/MoonlightSwami/videos) he had uploaded an unboxing video that was later taken down by Microsoft, his console was perma-banned and his channel was flagged. He then went to twitter (@MoonlightSwami) to tell his followers what had happened and then was shortly after contacted by Major Nelson. This conversation was said to be pleasant and i'd imagine so considering Andre was assured that his console would have the ban lifted after the general public release, the flag and video would be restored on his YouTube channel and he would be major nelsons personal guest at the Scottsdale, Arizona launch event. The only rule given to Andre is he cannot disclose any information about the consoles UI. Andre went further as to tell his twitter followers, "I was telling people earlier today that just because this happened to me does not mean you guys should rob yourselves of a good time. The console is incredible. It would be a shame if you guys missed out on it." As for Target, they assured that they only “shipped a small number of video game consoles prior to the street date. The vast majority of video game preorders are slated to arrive on the street date."
