My Personal Response To Peter Moore

Most of you have probably already heard about Electronic Arts being named the worst american company for the second year given by Consumerist Media. And some of the interesting reasons why they received this title include always having to be connected to the internet in order to play the new Sim City the lower quality standards with some of their recent releases such as the new Dead Space the very irritating concept of them releasing products and then no longer continuing support for them as well as some apparent problems with homophobia which has caused issues with many different companies. With all this crap pending from their ass plus some other issues it is no wonder pollers at Consumerist Media nominated for Electronic Arts to have this award.

Of course this giant game company is not just going to take winning this steaming pile of crap sitting down on their ass. Peter Moore one of the really big boys over at Electronic Arts has decided to make an objectively interesting response. He had some pretty curious things to say about the company receiving this very degrading award and myself would like to echo his words.

His main point was basically implying that it was unfit and unfair to compare companies of their statue to companies responsible for things like major oil spills or mortgage crises. I in some ways kind of agree with him that maybe it is unfair to associate companies that just make games unfit for human survival to companies who are guilty of situations like accidently polluting the ocean or screwing up mortgages. I would have to say that certain things like making poor quality games or even supposed homophobia can certainly be seen as somewhat unfair reasons for even qualifying as the worse american company when you have got companies that create problems that are somewhat critical for proper human living.

But at the very same time that does not excuse the fact that the company you work with has been causing problems for gamers. With things like the online pass having to always be connected to the internet to play certain games your tendency to release new games and then discontinue supporting for them and of course poor quality titles. You have an enormous obligation to your customers yet you find ways to contently exploit them for your own benefits shame on you all.

While I personally agree to an assured extent that maybe your company unfairly deserved this award when compared to the follicles of other companies. But at the same time that does excuse you from the ways you have continually screwed over gamer after gamer. Peter Moore you and the company you boldly proudly represent defiantly then to get your crap together fast.

You maybe not the worst company in America but defiantly the worst game company in America.
