Howdy y'all, new girl here. It is a real pleasure to have been given the opportunity to join the team as a reviewer and I cannot wait to get this wagon up and rolling. But, of course, first thing's first.

The name is Erminia Saucedo—but please,  just call me Minnie—and I am a nineteen year old Latina who is a Lesbionic woman that has been raised to be a lover of all things anime, gaming and comic/manga designed. My childhood was joyously littered with anime the likes of My Neighbor Totoro and Speed Racer and Evangelion while I also grew to appreciate and love video games through my father's old NES and Sega Genesis. But it was the day I received my own heavy, 8-bit, super fly original Game Boy at the age of seven that I knew I had fallen in love with my nerdom. From there on my love grew into various facets that range from animation to gaming and art, film and television, comics and music and even law and theater. Now that I am a fully grown woman I am more than willing to, and have, opened myself to looking into different genres of anime and manga if only to experience something new.

Most cons I attend yearly tend to be mostly smaller—IE Sacanime, Saccon, Anime On-display and Anime Destiny—as my budget is rather limited but I have been to bigger cons such as Fanime and Wondercon. I must warn you all in advance that I can be rather opinionated but that doesn't mean I'm stuck in my ways; I simply enjoy lengthy discussions that tend to end up going back and forth between persons like something from Law and Order. So to that end, please, dear readers, if you do not agree with some thing in a review of mine, let me know. A majority of what is discussed in my reviews will all be due to my personal tastes but I am more than open to hearing what you have to say on the issue. I can you promise here and now that no topic will ever be taboo.

Currently, I live in a part of the heart of California and am enrolled in a junior college. While I do not entirely have a handle on what I am intending on pursuing a career in, I have no fear that it will most likely have something to do with some traditional art form. At the moment I am flip flopping between Entertainment Design, Law and Theater Arts/Acting. So who knows where I'll end up working? What I do know is that this site is not only going to be an amazing way to get my ideas out there about what I love but is also going to help me to personally become a better writer. Now, let's get this show on the road shall we?
